Get Motoring
RADAR, the UK’s leading disability rights campaigning organisation, has produced its first ever guide to motoring for disabled people. The guide, ‘Get Motoring: Finding and Financing Your Car – A Practical Guide for the Disabled Motorist’, has been developed with the support of Motability Operations, the company which operates the car scheme for disabled people, and other disability professionals.
‘Get Motoring’ sets out to guide disabled motorists through the bewildering range of options available for obtaining a car, whether new or used, and addresses the costs and decisions faced when choosing a car to ensure that readers are able to make an informed choice.
